“I have a long history in the construction industry, starting in 1977. During my time in the field, I spent 18 of those years developing, implementing and managing comprehensive safety programs for a large Baltimore-based construction company. In 2001, I founded my own safety consulting business and provide OSHA safety and compliance services to a diverse range of clients across the United States.”

OSHA was created under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and is meant to assure the safe and healthful working conditions for men and women by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, educations, and assistance.

Through their support of occupational safety and health professionals, ASSP works to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and fatalities. By providing education, advocacy, standards development and a professional community, ASSP fights to keep all workers safe.
